Center Advisory Board

In order to ensure that the Center fulfills its mission, its program activities are governed by an Advisory Board. The Board is chaired by the Dean of the James E. Rogers College of Law, who appoints the Board's members. The current members are listed below. The Board meets annually.

	Stephen G. Breyer is an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Full Bio
	Sandra Day O'Connor is a retired Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.  Full Bio
	Earl H. Carroll is a judge on the District Court for the District of Arizona. Full Bio
	Maureen Mahoney is a partner at Latham and Watkins in Washington, D.C. She clerked for then-Justice Rehnquist during the October Term 1979. Full Bio
	Toni Massaro is Dean and holds the Milton O. Riepe Chair in Constitutional Law at the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law.  Full Bio
	Michael J. Meehan is of counsel at Munger Chadwick in Tucson. He served as a law clerk to then-Justice Rehnquist during the October Term 1971. Full Bio
	Brian Morris is an Associate Justice on the Montana Supreme Court. He clerked for Chief Justice Rehnquist during the October Term 1993. Full Bio
