Registration will not be accepted without full payment by check or credit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration

All cancellations must be requested in writing (FAX and e-mail are acceptable) and must be received (not postmarked) by 5:00 p.m. on September 2, 2008. NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER September 2. All requests for refunds should state the registrant's name, and the method of payment. "No shows" will be billed the full registration fee. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "no shows," however, substitutes are welcome.
